Try, Catch… Finally. Some .NET, some SQL, and whatever else

My name is Ryan McCauley, and I'm a .NET developer trying to bridge the gap between the developer and the business. During the day, I'm the lead developer at a mid-size cable TV provider, and I spend my time doing VB.NET and T-SQL development.
